The Physiotherapy Department at St George Hospital provides a paediatric
outpatient service. We treat children aged 0-16 years with a range of
medical conditions and take referrals from general practitioners,
paediatricians and other health professionals. Physiotherapy services
include treatment of mild to moderate development delay, musculoskeletal
problems including torticollis, talipes, Erbs palsy; sports injuries and
respiratory conditions.
The criteria are as follows:
- The child is a local resident of the St George area.
- There is a referral from a medical practitioner, physiotherapist or
other health professionals.
