School aged students with a mild to moderate physical disability (for
example, cerebral palsy, spina bifida or a brain injury), which limits their
access to and participation in the school curriculum, and who attend
mainstream schools in the local government areas of Botany, Randwick, South
Sydney, Waverley and Woollahra.
Referrals can be made by parents/care givers, school staff, medical staff, other professionals. Referrals must indicate parental consent. |

Therapy model |
||
| The team applies the current accepted practice guidelines which includes the student, family, school staff and relevant others in decision-making. Integration and participation of the student in all aspects of the school program is encouraged. Assessments occur preferably within the school context or, when necessary, at the hospital. | ||
Therapists available |
||
|
Occupational therapist, physiotherapist and speech pathologist, all work part-time. |
