Population serviced
Children attending schools in the St George and Sutherland areas (or those being assessed for school entry) who have: Physical disabilities (with or without a mild intellectual disability) and Physical needs that interfere with their education programs such that they require therapy at school Students with physical disabilities and mild intellectual disability, but with complex developmental problems and associated high support needs in a number of functional areas, may be more appropriately referred to DADHC (Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care) service
Therapy model
The team will provide consultative services at the student's school, including assessment and therapy. Therapy programming will be integrated into the school program.

Therapists available
Occupational therapist 20 hours per week, physiotherapist 14 hours per week, and speech pathologist 12 hours per week.
