This
plan provides a profile of the Area Health Service and identifies a range
of activities in the priority areas of physical access, promoting positive
community attitudes, training of staff, information about services,
employment in the public sector and complaints procedures. Through the
implementation of this plan the Area will contribute toward the goal
espoused by the NSW Government of "a society in which individuals
with disabilities and their carers live as full citizens with optimum
quality of life, independence and participation". |
