In
South East Health we define "Clinical Governance" as
"having systems to manage risk". Our clinical governance supports
our Area Framework for Quality which addresses the six dimensions of
quality: consumer participation, access, effectiveness, appropriateness,
safety and efficiency.
Two key
policies which are governance related are our Quality Use of Medicines
Position and the Medical Section of the now endorsed South East Health
By-Laws. |
